Great building; great staff! I can’t believe I rented without seeing the apt, but Allan made me feel so comfortable that I trusted…The process was smooth and I felt so welcomed. Unit was clean and in great condition. Building is well kept and very clean. So happy to have joined the Henry’s community 🩷
The Henry and specifically Allan are phenomenal!! We just moved in as I am started my second year at U Miami and Allan has made our moving process seamless. We are coming from South Texas and I could ship all of my belongings here and Allan personally delivered them to my apartment. We are so blessed to have such kind management and staff here!
As a parent, I could not be more pleased with our selection of the Henry for our daughter as she continues her studies at the U. From multiple tours, leasing and move-in, the entire process was seamless as the staff takes pride in attention to detail of the property. The study/work areas, rooftop pool, gym, and package delivery service are all top notch amenities. Allan goes above and beyond in his management role but also has an incredible team. Both Shanika and Jennifer have been true jewels this week guiding our move-in.
The Henry is blessed to have a leasing manager like Allan Escobar. Allan has been instrumental since the day we started searching for apartments for our college student. The Henry is absolutely beautiful and Allan made the leasing process run smoothly. He’s invested in the operations of the building and making sure the tenants are taken care of. THANK YOU ALLAN.
Terrible service .. went in at 4 PM as a walk in to tour the property and was told by the concierge Shavon to come back at 5 since everyone was out on break . I came back at 5 and called through the app again and saw Shavon again and she signaled the door like oh just ignore it and then a cleaning lady allowed me in. When Shavon came back I said hey is everyone back from break and she said no it’s only the property manager just come back tomorrow .
