The Henry is blessed to have a leasing manager like Allan Escobar. Allan has been instrumental since the day we started searching for apartments for our college student. The Henry is absolutely beautiful and Allan made the leasing process run smoothly. He’s invested in the operations of the building and making sure the tenants are taken care of. THANK YOU ALLAN.
Terrible service .. went in at 4 PM as a walk in to tour the property and was told by the concierge Shavon to come back at 5 since everyone was out on break . I came back at 5 and called through the app again and saw Shavon again and she signaled the door like oh just ignore it and then a cleaning lady allowed me in. When Shavon came back I said hey is everyone back from break and she said no it’s only the property manager just come back tomorrow . Apparently the lady at the front desk didn't feel like working today. Nasty attitude
I recently moved out of this building and cannot say enough positive things about it. The building is meticulously maintained and the amenities are great. The building manager, Allan, is responsive, organized and always eager to help. He is 10/10. From apartment application in to move out, he guided me every step of the way and could not have been more helpful.
Absolutely wonderful move in experience Allan couldn’t have been more helpful during the entire process. He was very responsive with any questions we had for him. Beautiful property, well maintained and secure. Thank you for all your help.
