The building has nice layouts with tons of light, an abundance of amenities including a beautiful rooftop pool and the building management and staff are super helpful and run the building exceedingly well. Location in Merrick Park is amazing surrounded by high end shopping and lots of restaurants and exercise studios.

One of the best apartment living experiences you will ever find in Coral Gables. The concierge service and attention of the staff are always one step ahead of your needs.
