I ordered their dark brown hair dye and it turned out fantastic on me. Totally covered the gray and my hair is soft and shiny. I’ve never colored my hair before now but wanted to cover up the gray. It rewound the clock by 10 years! Definitely buying this product again.

I contacted seller about returning the item. They emailed me and asked what was the issue. I said that the color does not set in my hair and whatever color shows look ugly. Seller stopped communicating with me and did not initiate the return. In the USA no one do business like this. Customer has the right to return the item if the item was not found good.
