This company is engaging in questionable and possibly illegal practices regarding security deposit refunds. They are withholding money for cleaning that falls under regular wear and tear, which is not allowed per Texas law, as well as in their lease. It’s been about two months with me, reaching out and trying to rectify this issue, but they only give you the runaround. RecommendedThis complex is by far the best living experience I’ve had. The staff and community are just amazing. Laci’s amazing customer service completely locked my roommate and myself into this wonderful complex. She then convinced my friend, then my mom to move here! Sadly I just moved out (moved to Houston), but when I make it back to Dallas, The Heights is definitely the first place on my list to look.

Quiet, peaceful and a beautiful home
Laci was extremely knowledgeable and gave exceptional customer service! Didn’t have time for tour yesterday but will definitely schedule one soon! Went across the street to get information on The Mansion and I will tell you I will not step back foot there or consider for my future home. Because of Laci’s warm welcome and helpful attitude is why I am truly considering your property! Thank you so much!
Emily and Laci are the BEST! They’re the nicest and they made our difficult moving process much easier. This is my first apartment and I absolutely love how generous and kind everyone everyone has been. 11/10 recommend!
the staff is phenomenal. Lacey, Emiley, brea, Christy, are all wonderful. they listen to your needs, problems, wants and either point your in the direction to make it happen or make it happen. It's my 3rd apartment and it's phenomenal.
The Heights at Campfire Crossing is everything. You not only have an amazing apartment and property. But the sweetest leasing staff ever. When you drive up the brick road it makes you feel like you've entered a enchanted land. They work super hard to make this place amazing. The pool area reminds you of a staycation . When you're ready to truly live. Come check out Campfire Crossing.
