One of the nicest apartments for the price point! The unit itself was nice and the property manager was the absolute best! Aaron always made sure that any concern I had was accommodated and he always had such a positive attitude! Would highly recommend!
One of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever had the experience of seeing. The staff is insanely kind and courteous and Aaron really goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service you will experience. 1000/10!!
My spouse & I recently moved here, from Lansing to grow our business and this was probably the best experience we had touring around in Downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. Aaron & Paige were, so friendly and made our first & every experience so far amazing, we can't wait to check out all the amazing food options nearby!
This property is just a secret GEM and will be hard to get into here shortly with the location and amenities. It has affordable market pricing for being directly above a grocery store and Downtown Grand Rapids. It is also perfect to walk to the Amyway Stadium when it opens. Don't forget about how Bridge Street is literally becoming the place to be, with all the food and entertainment nearby. Westside is the best side! I moved into the Hendrik in 2019 and have experienced several different property management teams over the years, but none have come close to the level of service Aaron, Paige, and Dakota provide.
