Maintenance staff start at any hour of the day or night, with no concern to tenants or neighbours. Blowervacs being used as early as 7am and loud conversations in the driveway before then. A year later and the staff is just as inconsiderate with 3 days in a row of drilling and sawing right on noise allowance times. My room stinks of petrol from their machines and I’m unable to sleep for night shift.
