The lady who does brain-spotting is incompetent and only worsened my trauma by constantly making me think of more things that make me feel worse about myself. She refused to discuss any individual event and drastically limited what I could discuss with her at the second or third session instead of at the beginning. She also laughed at me when I was talking about my lack of confidence and how women don't like lack of confidence.

My counselor would often bring up her own social life and past into the sessions. Also shared her differing beliefs on abortion and I almost felt like I was in a debate with her in my counseling session. If I were struggling with having an abortion in the past I would have never felt safe or comfortable confiding in my own counselor. Having your own beliefs that differ from mine is fine, but I don't think it was the time or place for the comments that she made. Completely unprofessional and I do not recommend going to her.
Called countless times only to ever be met with an automatic voice telling me to leave a message. Okay I will, two weeks go by and nothing. I call several times inbetween this time and only reach someone ONCE. This someone says they are going to schedule me and I should recieve a call back. I never get that call. It's quite literally impossible to reach them and by the grace of God that you might get in contact with someone they end up forgetting about you immediately.
