This used to be a nice apartment complex, but it has recently been overrun by crime and many packages are stolen.
Charles is cool!
I only stayed a year, but I loved it! Most neighbors are friendly. I didn't hear anything from any neighbors once I was in my unit. Maintenance is very responsive. My only concern is more lights in the parking lot at night.
