they have NO security for cars. cars are CONTINUOUSLY broken into. they have refused to put up cameras or give options for safer parking… the only parking is in a PUBLIC garage. so if you value you vehicle don’t move here.
bpu is god awful, maintenance requests are never completed, driving through the front is god awful because of how everyone parks, dog poop is left absolutely everywhere INCLUDING THE SIDEWALKS and for weeks at a time (which I KNOW the people who work here walk by it every day to get into their front office as it is normally in between the office and the garage/parking lot), thing aren’t shoveled almost ever and if they are it’s the thinnest most lazy path which is not wheelchair accessible which isn’t a concern to but like l... read more
Trying this out after serval attempts to communicate with the leasing agents and no response. It seems their communication only goes one way, as I have never received an email or text back about anything, but receive them regularly when they need something. Let's talk about the bulk wifi. (That's currently down again. Last time the outage lasted almost two days) I have to pay $80 a month for awful internet service. I have offers through my cell provider for internet for $35 a month.
