The Helm has been such a wonderful place for my daughter and me to call home. We feel very safe and comfortable here, which means so much to me as a mom. I’ve lived in quite a few apartment communities over the last 10 years, and The Helm has genuinely been my favorite so far. The apartments are adorable, the community feels welcoming, and the property manager has always been incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. We’ve had such a great experience living here and are very happy to call The Helm home!

Updates: July 2026- Monday, 7/27- there was a gun fight with multiple shots fired in the pool / courtyard area at 5:30 am. See my comments below from 2 months ago. I’ve been saying this is a problem, with a completely unguarded building, and doors that simply don’t lock. No one cares! AND!!!…. there was a burglary incident with an apartment on the first floor being broken in to. This place is NOT safe! It’s really becoming legally negligent at this point with the safety issues and total mis-management of this entire facility... read more
