I have not enjoyed my few months time of living here. Having a problem here or there since moving in. Parking is NONEXISTENT, which is why everyone parks in the fire lanes or handicapped parking. It’s either get lucky and find a spot when you get home or pay for the parking garage across the street. I am sure there will eventually be a parking fee in one of the lots. Just finished an incredible tour of The Helm Apartments with Kourtney, and I couldn’t be more excited to see this place come together! From the moment we stepped on-site, I could already feel that this is going to be the place to live.
