Me and my roommate just had the best experience working with Bari. From the second we requested a tour she was on it! The Heller Organization (Marco Richardson) helped us move into 202 8th St in Brooklyn. The building is run by Werber Management. We’ve encountered a long list of issues since moving in: - break-ins that were covered up - no A/C in common areas (there is a building system, but they refuse to fix it) - elevator was broken for 3 months. WE had to reach out to to management for updates - elevator has broken down 3 times since it’s fix date.
