Severe lack of follow up, mai tenance orders outstanding over a year and ignored. On-site security issues (homeless sleeping around randa king trash and dumpsters)

Update. Microwave is hung level. Some minor wall damage. They appear to be doing maintenance that's been neglected. I hope so. I'm keeping two stars for now cuz they could easily be rolling out the band-aid. I'll update again later, hopefully they can get the place to the level it deserves. This is a nice property. The brick and concrete make it quiet and private. The location is central and easy for cycling and transit. Lived here for a year, definitely enjoyed a low energy bill in the summer with the brick building and north facing unit. Winters the building would get warm when the boiler cooked and the washer/dryers are 3rd party. Had newer appliances that worked well and the units are spacious for the price. Would have re-signed but the location was difficult for my commute. Also thoroughly enjoyed Infinity Park and the restaurants in the area.

This is a nice property. The brick and concrete make it quiet and private. The location is central and easy for cycling and transit. The buildings are energy efficient and climate controlled (with a few residents who insist on f'ng it up by opening windows). In the hands of a decent landlord this would earn a 4 or maybe 5 star review. However. They don't even pretend to respond to maintenance requests (8 months, 2 attempts, and finally I have a microwave 7" smaller than the space mounted 15°off level). They rarely maintain t... read more
