Terrible Experience – I unfortunately had an awful experience with Heights Veterinary. I found them to be both unfriendly and sadly negligent. I went in with my dog for what I thought was routine bloodwork before an operation scheduled for him elsewhere. I asked the practice to fax the test results to the animal hospital (Animal Medical) and to let me know if anything was out of the ordinary. Sadly, they did neither. very caring and professional – We found Dr. Thompson to be very good, patient and helpful. The support staff at Heights Veterinary Clinic is exceptional. Space is a little tight, but that is to be expected. Also, found it a bit pricey - but we are coming from the suburbs so factor that in.
Great vets – The staff here is excellent--very professional and friendly. They can always fit me in when I have an emergency, and the vets are very good at providing instructions for home care.
Dr. Thompson & Dr. Moses are the BEST!! – I've been bringing my dog to Heights Veterinary Clinic for over 3 years, and they have always been wonderful about relieving my concerns about my dog's health. No matter when I call, or what I call about, the staff is pleasant to speak with, super helpful, and prompt about answering my questions. My dog lo-o-o-ves going there, & he even wants to walk over when we don't have appointments.
