I would be careful with these people, especially when moving out of an apartment there. Insist on being present when they assess the condition of the unit; we cleaned our unit from top to bottom and we have never had pets - we should have received every penny of the deposit back. However they claimed to have found pet urine and withheld the deposit. My feeling is that the place was spotless so they invented the pet urine story in order to keep the deposit.
