Jeff, Brando, and the team at Linden Square have been doing a solid job. Front office is great to work with too. I had a few repair issues that were taken care of, and I really appreciate their effort, especially with everything they’ve had on their plate. That said, it’s clear they could use some extra support — work orders can take a while to be completed, and it’s not for lack of effort on their part. The garage door remote wasn't fixed when promised. Also asked to have it plavced in my mailbox and Julianna said she simply forgot to place it in there. And we wondered where or who might have had it all weekend long.
Anytime I place a work order it is always completed extremely fast!! I never have to worry a thing, and the staff is AMAZING!!!
