Moving is was super easy and everyone here is really nice. Unit is high quality, and though we thought it had a balcony but it didn’t, staff was super helpful in finding a better option for us!
Jenn was the best rental advisor we have ever had. We are also strongly considering moving to your apartments. We started looking very early so won’t be applying for several months.
I’m about to move out of these apartments only because I wanted to be closer to family. Otherwise, I have LOVED my time at The Heights. Everyone is so nice and the apartments are quiet. Occasionally you will hear little kids running in the hall going to the elevator. But that’s part of sharing a complex. I had a studio apartment and it was surprisingly big. Perfect for 1 person. I honestly can’t say enough about these apartments and I would easily make them my forever home. Thank you so much for all you guys do!
Replace the elevator. It breaks every single month multiple times.
Edit again; their response is very AI coded (they’ve now deleted it, it seems?) I’ve called and discussed these issues MANY times. It’s been two years and nothing had changed minus the property management. If they cared about the residents, the issues would’ve been fixed a LONG time ago. Edit; I take back everything I said. These are marketed as “luxury apartments” but couldn’t be farther from it.
