HERE IS MY HONEST REVIEW AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS OF LIVING HERE (Moved out 1/30): *No I wasn't paid, I wish or maybe I'd still live there* PROS - I would rate my entire experience an 8/10 -It was close to everything and a 3 min walk to the gym so no excuses -There wasn't much noise, other than the occasional hatch owners going to crunch -Shoutout to Sonny, the maintenance guy with the glasses that I'd see every morning picking up any trash, watering the plants at the pool and the whole team. Edited updated: Ayisha has been a gem in helping us transfer from our current unit to another (we outgrew our current one). This apartment complex is very well maintained and staff are very friendly. You can easily compare other apartments to this and find that this one is one of the best! Maintenance team is 10 out of 10 as well. It’s a nice apartment. It’s a nice apartment. The leasing office is a bit slow with leasing process but I’m sure it’s just the system. The problem is the dog poop around the grass areas. I can tell management is trying their best. I have physically seen them putting signs to curb the dogs and clean after them. Unfortunately people don’t listen.
