I can't think of a more pleasurable experience in my memory while apartment hunting. The facility was awesome with so many amenities, like a clothes washer and dryer in the apartment, no maintenance hardwood floors, very spacious floor plans, a balcony and/or sunroom, just to name a few. The leasing agent, Aleia, made me feel right at home. She was awesome. I highly recommend 2370 Main@Sugarloaf to everyone looking for a new home. I rate the staff and the facilities at the top of any scale used. ******
Maintenance team and management gives an extra mile for customer service.
What don't expect from a luxury rental property is people breaking all the rules and nothing being done about it. I would say remove luxury from your apartment name reduce rent to a point that would be to rate that in this non luxury living. Dog poop everywhere, cars being worked on the sidewalk. Anyone can come to pool from other apartments complex. Now subfloor very noisy!!
