I am a disabled veteran living on the third floor where valet trash is included in my lease. My trash was placed out correctly and not collected, and I reported the missed pickup through the app exactly as instructed on move in. I was charged $50 and only refunded after I complained. Overall, Echo Ridge has a comfortable and quiet living environment. However, certain amenities which are said to be provided are practically pointless. For example, the pool, gym, and study area in the lobby. Management closes the lobby along with all the amenities in the afternoons. As someone who doesn’t even get off work til 5pm, it renders all of these things that I looked forward to using at this apartment pointless.
