really nice pool & gym
I’ve lived here for 5 years very quietly and keep to myself but if you have an issue, office staff doesn’t return phone calls and gives you the run around. I’m willing to pay extra money for a garage on top of the high rent you’ve raised every year, but nobody answers me. I’ve gone in person to get a garage and they take my name and apartment number, tell me they’ll get me a garage, and absolutely nothing happens. I’ve done this multiple times throughout the year. I went into the Avery to fill out an application while I was on a quest for my new residency… I was greeted at the door with excitement and extreme niceness from the staff. The property manager was there assisting another resident and gave me a warm smile and polite gesture to acknowledge my presence because it was really busy at the moment… once she was able to assist me she took her time and was very knowledgeable of the property.
