Has a wash room ... always clean .. close to downtown bpt
The building looks better in the photos. Mind you I have seen much worse but the problem is these guys hire any Joe off the street to do maintenance to save a buck. Since living here I've had to deal with excess traffic in and out of the building, rowdy neighbors who party, an expired elevator for about 4 months now 10/11/16, I've been stuck in said elevator twice where the door would not open.
