Can confirm they do in fact go out of there way to charge for the scrappy low quality carpet they say they can get "10 years out of". Was charged 2400 in carpeting upon move out for a 4 bedroom with a 3 year prorate. We also had issues with the dishwasher never working properly, and there being mold in the walls from the water spigot outside breaking. Maintenence fixed the spigot and left the hole in the wall! Rent at your own risk!
We moved in here the end of feburary, everyone in the office is nice and caring,maintence is quick and nice. I absolutely love living here and its so peaceful!
