No complaints, great facility
Rude management and out of control residents. 7 years here and going to 8, really getting bad, bad, bad. Smoking on the DTN property is prohibit. Balcony is also DTN property. Residents are smoking marijuana in their unit and balcony too. Michigan law no smoking in buildings. Go smoke off the DTN property please. The vista apartments removed their original Google business page i believe to avoid the increase in negative reviews. Heavy decline in resident experience since management change. Removing reviews is not transparent. Wish DTN would do better rather than ignore the problem. It's an embarrassment now to call this place luxury.
The environment and the neighborhood is fine but the problem is that it’s a concrete structure and the floors are thin so expect to hear noises from your upstair neighbors and the manager will not deem it excessive if it’s not partying or loud music. So basically you are stuck to footsteps and dragging stuff on the floor, late night dropping things and baby crying. Just saying
