No complaints, great facility
Rude management and out of control residents. 7 years here and going to 8, really getting bad, bad, bad. Smoking on the DTN property is prohibit. Balcony is also DTN property. Residents are smoking marijuana in their unit and balcony too. Michigan law no smoking in buildings. Go smoke off the DTN property please. Nice weather I can't sit on the balcony because of the strong smoking effect to my headache and breath into my lungs. Do not expect manager will do the right things. They are rude! The vista apartments removed their original Google business page i believe to avoid the increase in negative reviews. Heavy decline in resident experience since management change. Removing reviews is not transparent. Wish DTN would do better rather than ignore the problem. It's an embarrassment now to call this place luxury.
