The office is horribly unprofessional. Don't bother calling, they'll never return your call. They're very lucky that I needed extra days to move out because the day I received the email to sign paperwork saying I did not wish to renew my lease, I went over to the office. It was locked due to Covid so I called the number on the door. I gave my name, number, and apartment number and explained what I was calling about with the request to call me back and set up a time I could sign the paperwork. I didn't receive any calls. Dog crap everywhere no one picks up after there dam dogs, dog stations overfilled with poop bags cause the apartment never changes them out, trash all over the place the trash compactor has trash everywhere around it because no one know how to use it, a lot of broken down cars parked everywhere, my car was broken into, these apartments are not luxury at all don’t let the pictures fool you, the management changed like 4 times since I moved here, here you have to give a 60 day notice before you move out for some stupid reason ... read more

I love the apartment itself but my upstairs neighbors are so loud, they stomp ALL DAY long. After addressing it to management it has become worse and seems like nothing will be done about it. We havent been in the apartment a full month yet and havent been able to sleep a full night. We are woken up around 2:30-5 am every morning because of the stomping.We were hoping to stay here awhile because the apartment is beautiful, but now counting down the days to move out.
Just a few words to let you know how very pleased we are to be apart of this fine community & we've lived here for almost a year & everything was just wonderful!
