I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I just moved out of The Heights after 3 years because my partner sold his house and we’re relocating. I’ve lived in many other places, and none of them held a candle to The Heights. My neighbor described it as “the perfect apartment for introverts” and he’s right! We loved our apartment at The Heights at Mendota. Not only was it perfectly located close to the airport, but the dog park and walking trails were so convenient. Juliana (!!!) and the leasing staff were always so kind, helpful, and great at communicating. We used the guest suite for visitors a couple times and it was such a great amenity! Literally couldn’t say anything bad about The Heights.
Great community to live in, good amenities, quiet and walkable neighborhood. Staff are exceptionally welcoming, especially Juliana. She is friendly and go to person! We have excellent experience living here, and I'd recommend anyone looking for a community to look at this great apartment complex.
I moved in a little over a month ago and really love it here. So quiet and peaceful and very nice and respectable tenants. Juliana and the staff are amazing with communications and making sure this is a great place to live. Also love how convenient this place is to the bike trails and river.
Great apartment complex, staff are so friendly- especially Juliana, she goes above and beyond for the residents!!
