The Heights was a great place to live until it was sold. Targa Real Estate took over managing the place May 2018, if you want to call it that. Deborah in the office is as useless as tits on a man! We used to have two office girls who were wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly and great customer service. NOT ANYMORE! Now there is just the one useless, Targa woman. All she does is shuffle paper around and sit on her butt all day. You have concerns or questions, don't plan on getting a timely response, if she responds at all.... read more
