This place is horrible. This is how they have people living after a sewer backed up. No wet signs, shit literally everywhere. And they still haven't cleaned it up yet. DONT LIVE HERE!!!
I use to think the office staff was nice when I moved in 3 yrs ago. But now it's crazy. I had been asking for repairs to be fixed for over 2 years. I complained about no lights working outside the building and they didnt do anything. I ended up falling and getting hurt to the point I have to get surgery. They haven't done a incident report nor have they given me the name of their liability insurance company. I was told by management to use my insurance and I would get reimbursed. If you sign a lease with the Hedges. Beware! They don't follow their own written rules. They work in conjunction with a towing company that tows cars in the middle of the early morning or on Friday nights. According to the lease they are supposed to tag your vehicle with a 24 hour notice prior to having your vehicle towed. They don't honor the written word in the contract and the towing company is scamming people! Think twice before you sign with them!
Applied. Credit approved. Your site not working. No communication. You can not just steal people's application fees. My money back now. Horrible place to even begin to deal with. No no no.
