If you’re just looking for a cheap/affordable place to stay go for it. If you want comfort , caring staff and just an overall smooth experience would not recommend. Been a tenant since December 2023 and this lease term has been everything but pleasant. First apt. Was completely disgusting and I requested to move to another unit giving it a chance. I should have took that red flag from the jump. My A/C has gone out twice in two months back to back and the maintenance does not have a sense of urgency at all even if you have ki... read more

Really like living here, the only complaint that I have is they need to replace the screen on some porches and clean trash up on the grounds there's also broken glass in the parking lot.
