I first contacted "The Heatman" regarding a broken thermostat. Zibi came the next day with two options. The hot water tank needed a new valve and the furnace cleaned. Zibi ordered the parts and returned with his assistant to complete both jobs. When cleaning the furnace, he replaced a hose that looked dirty and replaced not just the valve on the hot water tank but also the pipe that extended into the tank. Fast response, very professional, good advice, and fair prices. They came and replaced our aging hot water tank within one day of us calling, and did an excellent job. Will certainly use them again.
