Recommended you see the work be done to fully understand the service. Made many tips and suggestions on how to better save money on your power bill. Outstanding services. Highly recommend.
Brian was at my home less than 10 minutes after calling him about my emergency heating issue. He explained everything that he was doing and demonstrated knowledge of everything in the home that impacts heating/cooling. Charged a very fair price and didn't try to BS me or upsell me on things I didn't need. Happy to do business again!
We are military and new to Mascoutah. Our heat went out 4 Jan (right before a major winter storm) and Brian was the only one to answer my call at 0830 on a Saturday morning. He was happy to help and at our house in 45 min to troubleshoot the furnace. He even brought 2 space heaters for us to use to keep my two young kids warm (the house was at 50 degrees). Brian was very responsive when it snowed and our heater had a malfunction code. He walked us through on the phone how to troubleshoot the problem and we were able to get heat again.
I called Brian for a routine furnace inspection and cleaning. As a military member, I've moved around a lot and dealt with several contractors in different areas that wouldn't take the time to explain anything at all, but not Brian. He gave hours of his time educating on my home's particular issues, how the HVAC system works and of course what I can do to immediately lower my insane electric bill.
