I am beyond impressed with the thorough job that Heat Busters did cleaning up the old insulation in our attic. I’ve actually had both an HVAC technician and an electrician working in the attic afterward comment that it was the cleanest attic cleanup they had ever seen — which says a lot! Radiant barriers, spray foam, blown-in fiberglass, solar attic fans — they handle it all professionally and at prices considerably lower than the competition. The difference in home temperature is noticeable immediately after the job is done. They came out multiple times before starting to answer questions and design the perfect plan, then came back after completion to make sure everything was right — that kind of service is rare. I paid good money for their service but got zero results. The HeatBusters is unprofessional, incompetent, and provides very low-quality work.Save your money and stay away from this company. Complete waste of time and money!
The review of my experience with The Heatbusters that I posted on 4/27 was intended to be a 5 star review. I had additional blown in attic insulation done at my residence today by The Heatbusters and I am extremely pleased. From the initial contact with Jim, then getting the onsite estimate from Joe, to the job performed by Brandon and his crew, was an extremely smooth process. Everyone I dealt with on this job was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend The Heatbusters.
The HeatBusters is an absolute scam.They charged a high price for AC repair but did a terrible rushed job. The technician barely worked for 20 minutes and left. Within days the AC stopped cooling properly again.Called customer service multiple times — no answer, no callback, complete silence. They take your money fast and then disappear.Total waste of time and money. Do not hire The HeatBusters. Worst AC service in Austin. Avoid at all costs!
