everything about our experience was wonderful. From the initial quote, where I seriously grilled about best placement and type of unit, Ryan explained the best options for our situation ( we have a very long skinny house ) we went back and forth over a few options and his first impression is what we went with. The installation was a breeze, they gave a window of 0800-0830, showed up exactly at 0800! And the product and price were great too.
The Heat Pump store was amazing! We had Rick come out to evaluate the best system for our house. We then had them install the system for us. Todd, our installer and Jerry, the electrician, were terrific! They were on time, answered all of our questions and just went above and beyond!! We would HIGHLY recommend the Heat Pump Store!!
