Excellent service from start to finish! I had to replace my old furnace and they were able to help me with the final part of the installation (i.e., electrical, thermostat, gas, and intake / exhaust piping) with only a week's notice. My technician called the day before to confirm our appointment, and then showed up a little early. The whole thing took less than three hours, which was amazing. I contacted Tom at The Heat and Air Pros about replacing an older furnace/ air conditioner along with moving the AC condenser from the back of our house, to the side of our house so we could build a deck in our back yard. He was able to come out that day and give a rough estimate after taking the time to understand what we wanted and educating us on what options were available.
