I was disappointed to learn Norma was falsely advertising one of her listings. When I nicely pointed it out to her instead of owning it she was sharp and abrasive. As a cash buyer of a large commercial property her poor response may have cost her seller a deal. I gave her a two stars only because she responded to our message reasonably promptly.
I recently completed a commercial real estate transaction with Norma and I could not be happier with her performance. I would reach out to her at all hours, weekends and she always answered and would promptly get the answers and most importantly kept all parties on schedule to a successful closing.
Norma was great to work with she knows the commercial market berry well
Norma, the owner, has always been honest and willing to work out a solution when situations arise.
