One of the things I look for is what a company does when things go wrong; what’s their response. In my case there was an issue with communication and part ordering. I’m happy to report that Hearth Shop FULLY resolved my issue and ultimately made me whole. In addition the technician who worked on my wood stove was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Great job!!
Not impressed with their customer service.
We had this company come to our home, take all measurements and disappear for 6 weeks. We finally heard from them and they said they’d get our fireplace elements ordered and finalized. That was over a month ago…. So far it’s been 4 months since we started this process and all we have is silence… and an empty fireplace. You may want to simply order what you need on Amazon. Way faster and less painful.
