very thorough and professional from the moment we walked into the loveland showroom until the last truck left when the masonry was complete. looks great and works great! jason fired it up just in time for a week of below-zero lows and single-digit highs. we can highly recommend this company.
Hearth House never answered their phone after multiple attempts. When I went in they were “too busy” to answer a quick question so I left after 10 minutes. I strongly recommend FyrePro instead.
Kevin, Mica and the rest of the staff did a great job installing our wood burning fireplace insert. They were knowledgeable, respectful and always on time. Kevin was great with communication throughout the entire process. Multiple visits were needed and we were impressed that the Hearth House stands behind the work they perform.
