Called to self they had a heat shield for our wood stove, and they did.
These guys were a huge help in getting our fireplace completed a couple years back during a basement finish. During the sales process of the house, our buyer requested a modification be made to the venting. Shane of Hearth House was extremely accommodating of this request and was able to get us helped out within a short time period. I won't hesitate to reach out to these guys if/when we need more fireplace work done.
I can’t even begin to describe how happy I am with my fireplace. They deserve 100 stars! Every member of the Hearth House team has been kind, accommodating, respectful, and professional. They communicated with me every step of the way. They also were very understanding about my dogs needing to be petted before they could start work each day. Absolutely a great group of installers. Also, I should mention that this fireplace puts out a great deal of warmth. It is extremely efficient!
very thorough and professional from the moment we walked into the loveland showroom until the last truck left when the masonry was complete. looks great and works great! jason fired it up just in time for a week of below-zero lows and single-digit highs. we can highly recommend this company.
Hearth House never answered their phone after multiple attempts. When I went in they were “too busy” to answer a quick question so I left after 10 minutes. I strongly recommend FyrePro instead.
