The front receptionist Rosie was overwhelmed with the work flow. I was unknowingly scheduled for blood work, I thought I was going in for consultation with Dr. Fadi Alfayoumi. At the time I was unsure of what was going on and requested information from Rosie regarding what blood work order was to be drawn? Rosie handed me a Post-it note with acronyms.
