Called to set up an appointment and the outgoing message said to leave a message and she would call within 24 hours. Never received a call back. Called again the next day and she actually answered and said she wasn’t taking any new clients. That’s completely fine, but at least return a phone call so a person is not waiting around. She would have never returned the call. Bad business practices.
Every experience has been helpful and beneficial to my family. Highly recommend!
