I want people to read this. My mother had a tumor in her head and collapsed. Ambulance brought her to this hospital. She was taken to 2nd or 3rd floor for the hospital to take a sample of the tumor from her skull. My mother lost all mobility from the left side of her body. I drive an 18-wheeler and was on my way back to savannah. I arrived at 5am and walked in watching the paper pushing low life trying to get my mother to sign paperwork to release all her assets to the hospital. The nursing staff was excellent. Most of the Dr's were attentive and very nice. Dr Faust was dismissive and unresponsive to my problems. Didn't order tests until my wife insisted something g was wrong for several days. He didn't even stay long enough to see the results which were bad. Then the last Dr couldn't get me.out of the hospital fast enough even though I was not doing good and had me greenhouse onto a rehab center that was NOT equipped to handle the problems I still have.
I was there 21 days. 10 days the first time. A few days later 11 more days this second time. First time they sent me home with prescriptions that weren’t even written correctly so Walgreens refused to fill them. Plus they sent me home on meds I was allergic too. My insurance luckily got them fixed. This second time, I got released today. Even though I have not eaten in 13 days. Can’t even drink water. I can’t walk more than 2-3 feet, because I can’t feel my legs, and if I stand up I almost black out. I was told to come back ... read more
