My friend just called me about a procedure she was scheduled to have tomorrow. But today she received a called saying she needed to pay 8000 before the surgery. Of course an unexpected medical necessary surgery she didnt have this. She was offered a prompt pay discount which was 50% of what she owed (deductible) however as she works like everyone else ahe didnt have this in her account. Never thought I could rate any hospital 5 stars, I mean, come on… you’re in pain and everything is normally miserable. This was the best experience I’ve had with an ER. They have a great system set up! It ensures you’re not waiting forever but everyone is taking their turn with you. The doctor was very thorough as if I was in a scheduled appointment. Patients on the 5th floor of this hospital are treated terribly by most of the staff. Absolutely ridiculous, they behave like wardens instead of someone offering a service. People choose to come here because it is a service, they do not have to. 8/10 do not recommend this particular floor. 2 stars for the 2 decent nurses we encountered, Matt and Tyler.
Been here for 1 weeks taking care of my mother in law. 7th floor is something else lol in a good way. Dr.Barnett looks too young to be a Dr. But he knows how to do his job ,his not a quitter he wants to get to the bottom of whats causing the issue in my mom's health. Debra is cruel amazing . My daughter had a dental procedure done today, and from the time we walked in @5:30a our service was great. I don’t remember any names of the supporting staff, but the doctor which was Dr. Phillip Strickland was GREAT. The WHOLE TEAM. I give it a 10/10. I love that they give the kids a stuffed animal and other things to keep them occupied! Honorable mention to the updated calls given during the procedure to let me know what’s going on!
