Very Professional and Safe Environment!
It is difficult to almost impossible to talk with anyone. The phone rings, you're put on hold with horrible music and no human communication and if you waste enough hours of your life you may speak to a person to be informed they are short staffed, but someone will get back to you. 😫 And then you may be granted an appointment three or four months later. 😒
Everyone was professional, courteous, and prompt, both by phone, and in person. Dr. Goolsby was fabulous!
