I had 3 hearing consultations before working with Tijana @ the Hearing Studio. I found Tijana to be patient and informative especially explaining my hearing test results. Because I had been thru the process before, I knew which device I wanted, “OTE”. After purchasing, she walked me through the setup process with the same informative patient manner. Definitely a wonderful experience if you find yourself going down the hearing device path :)
