Smooth booking process with primary aim to clear ears of wax that were rendering hearing aids useless. An experience that I did not enjoy. Dr Naz Ahmadi was pleasant, thorough, patient and helpful in every way. The micro suction worked a treat. I am now able to connect with people and AV media again. If I experience such an issue again I won't be hesitant about returning.
