I was cheerily greeted as soon as I walked into the office by the receptionist, and I was taken into my appt right on time. My exam was thorough and my results were well explained. Both gentlemen who worked with me were professional and friendly. I wasn't pressured into purchasing higher-end hearing aids, because they weren't needed, but left with a plan regarding wearing the ones I already have.
Very happy with my appointment- everyone was friendly and professional- explaining as they went along Can't wait to get the hearing aids so I don't always have to ask people to repeat things!
