RecommendedHearing Health Center changed my life! I had no idea how much I was missing out on with my hearing loss (due to having scarlet fever as a child). They are friendly and honestly want to make your would better and easier, and will spend time educating you. Best gift I could have ever given myself, my family and co-workers. Highly, highly recommend them!
Great place Dr. Markway is great and so is Karla. She is so friendly.
Dr. Markway, Karla and Dr. Kavrie could not have been nicer and more welcoming. They have great customer service from beginning to end and if you're dealing with insurance, they will make sure you have the most accurate amount that insurance will pay. Dr. Markway gives a very thorough hearing exam and takes great care to note your specific hearing difficulties to tailor a device that is perfect for your situation. I have purchased hearing aids at a couple of other places and this has been the best hands down.
Dr. Karvie, Dr. Markway, and Miss Karla are exceptional! Wonderful people and super sweet! This is the best hearing clinic I've ever been to since I was 6 years old. At each appointment, they have taken time with me and I never feel rushed and Dr, Markway is very thorough at each appointment. Not to mention, they never seem to mind that I have to bring my 3yr old and 1 yr old along to each appointment. In fact they always seem happy to see us. Dr Markway (audiologist) has been wonderful in both enabling me to get most of my new cochlear implant and, more recently, to ensure I can function bilaterally at peak performance. I have also benefited greatly from the advice and recommendations from Dr Karvie (speech pathologist) on how to improve my communication skills
Dr. Markway is an excellent audiologist who genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to ensure that my hearing aids were set perfectly for my needs. She even explained the app and made sure I knew how to work it. Carla at the front desk is also wonderful. I recommend Hearing Health Center of Houston to anyone needing hearing aids, or even a hearing test!
I have used two other hearing aid specialists over the last six years and Dr. Markway is by far the best. Technically better and took all the time I needed to get the best results from my hearing aids
