This place didn’t see us until almost 1 hour past our appointment time. Beyond disrespectful.
As someone who’s Deaf and grew up going to audiologists, I’m very familiar with the process. I made a call for hearing aid repair and I was shocked that I was told this: I would need to pay $250+ for ‘Hearing Aid Transfer’ because I didn’t buy my hearing aids from this center. I’ve been to multiple audiology centers all over the country - West coast, East coast, North, even in the South. and have never heard of this scam.
