Dr Patreo Is supposedly an expert in cholesteatoma Which I have a history of she failed to recognize the signs of a reoccurring cholesteatoma. She fired me as a patient last Thursday I went to the ER and a CAT scan scan was performed on my temple bone and cholesteatoma was confirmed. By medical city, Las Colinas, I was given ampicillin by IV to prevent meningitis. Called to set up an appointment and the dude that answered the call asked me the reason for my call then he transferred me to someone else and explained my problem over again just for them to tell me they can’t get me for a month but didn’t offer to help me out in any way
Drs are very knowledgeable
This place didn’t see us until almost 1 hour past our appointment time. Beyond disrespectful.
