Ryan and Nettie have ALWAYS went above and beyond with their customer service. I bought aids there and I am currently living in Florida and they do whatever it takes every time to make this relationship work! I appreciate them!!
They are all wonderful to deal with very understanding and so easy to deal with and both Ryan and Nettie are so easy to talk to and when you call with a problem or for an appointment, you do not have to wait months for an appointment you get in most always within the week
The best hearing aids I have ever had. The Bluetooth features have been great. Thanks again to Ryan.
