I had an issue with my hearing aid and I had booked an appointment with them a week prior over the phone. The receptionist who had answered was not very polite, and was not very professional. I showed up for my appointment today and when I told them I arrived for my appointment, they told me that I didn't have one by saying "Nope. You probably had one at the other clinic." If their own receptionist can't do one of her most important jobs and be a friendly face to the clinic, they don't deserve my business. So I went down the... read more
