Dr. Gross should be ashamed of himself. He submitted a claim for two fillings that I don't need and refused to put in a crown because I refused to pay approximately $500 more than my dental insurance would cover because he wanted to upgrade the crown. I don't need an upgrade for a tooth in the back of my mouth. So, I haven't been able to chew for a month while I waited for him to respond to my request to do the crown without the upgrade.
