Dr. Gross should be ashamed of himself. He submitted a claim for two fillings that I don't need and refused to put in a crown because I refused to pay approximately $500 more than my dental insurance would cover because he wanted to upgrade the crown. I don't need an upgrade for a tooth in the back of my mouth. So, I haven't been able to chew for a month while I waited for him to respond to my request to do the crown without the upgrade. I saw Dr Gross for the first time yesterday with a fractured tooth. I think I found my new dentist. him and the staff were amazing .he is very caring and knowledgeable. def one of the best I've seen
Came in today due to a cracked crown. I’m very happy Dr. Gross is seeing people for emergencies right now. Staying safe, and getting my cracked crown replaced.
