I went in to ask about the correct mount bracket to attach a scooter to an electric lift and the attendants seemed very uncaring and unwilling to help. They simply said that it would cost $700. When I mentioned how expensive it was, you would have thought that they would have tried to work with me, but they did nothing at all. They didn't say that possibly insurance might help or that they could work out an installment. Just very cold and uncaring towards a person in need of assistance.
