My parents and a friend have spent a considerable amount of time in the resort rehabbing injuries. All staff that I interacted with were professional, polite, and helpful. Cathy at the front desk was especially so. She was welcoming, took my concerns to heart, and went the extra-mile to help me out. My parents and friends all speak highly of the care they are given and attention they received.
Things is getting better , in getting me settled in, I appreciate the staff here. But I find it's a problem with the laundry room Sent my clothes in the laundry bag, Thursday and and today Saturday she brings me one shirt and tell me the one item, I ask her where is the rest of my clothes pajamas, shorts, shirts, socks and underwear,, I ask how did manage to do this, she said we will try to find your clothes,,, REALLY, if they would have left my clothes in the laundry bag and wash them,then this wouldn't had happened,, I rep... read more
My mom is happy there. She said the food is good and all the help treat her well. The comment is the lady at the front desk could be a little friendlier and may be smile.
My friend was staying here and had a great experience! Staff were kind and activities were fun! Still looking for her clothes that were send to laundry, though!
