I recently used the private doctor services and the red light bed therapy, and the experience was excellent from start to end. The GP was very professional, caring, and made me feel totally comfortable. They took their time to answer my questions, gave clear explanations, and offered helpful advice for me. I recently came here for my ENG1 medical and had an excellent experience. The clinic itself and the staff are very welcoming. Dr Bhavnik was fantastic - he kept reassuring me throughout the process, making sure I felt comfortable and at ease at all times. Everything was explained clearly, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing their ENG1.
Absolutely outstanding service. Had to get blood/urine tests done very quickly followed by a GP appointment/review to sign visa forms. Got the tests done the day after I contacted them, had an email the day after with all the results. GP visit was a couple days later. Everywhere was immaculately clean and just great service. All staff were fantastic, friendly and very efficient. I would absolutely recommend for private visits.
I had an excellent experience with Megan Hensman (podiatrist)-from start to finish. The care was very professional, friendly and thorough. Megan took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel completely at ease. Recommended me some exercises and explained the next step towards my problem. Health Suite as a clinic is clean, welcoming and well-organised. Staff are approachable and kind. I would highly recommend Megan to anybody looking for expert foot care and outstanding service.
