Absolutely outstanding service. Had to get blood/urine tests done very quickly followed by a GP appointment/review to sign visa forms. Got the tests done the day after I contacted them, had an email the day after with all the results. GP visit was a couple days later. Everywhere was immaculately clean and just great service. All staff were fantastic, friendly and very efficient. I would absolutely recommend for private visits.
Very welcoming and professional visit at the Health Suite! It’s very clean and well run with very lovely staff. I came for an ENG1 medical and was examined by Dr Bhavik Patel who was incredibly professional and respectful during my examination. He made every effort to make sure I felt comfortable as well as the lovely lady who chaperoned during the examination. Would 100% recommend the Health Suite and will certainly come back myself!
I have been a patron of the Health Suite for almost a year. The staff members are exceptionally kind and consistently offer valuable assistance. I always feel heard, and the service provided by the entire team, including Nurse Jenny, has been outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend their services for anyone seeking support with their health needs. My sincere gratitude to the Health Suite!
I hurt my back and was able to get a same-day appointment on a Saturday with Dr Greenyer. He was so kind and put me at ease straight away. He explained what was going on in really simple terms and gave me a clear treatment plan so I knew exactly what to do next. I left feeling reassured and supported. So grateful for the care I received — highly recommend!
From the moment I called Health Suite in Leicester, the reception team were amazing - so understanding, clear in their communication, and guided me to the right person straight away.
