The most inclusive gym with friendly workers and members. Lots of different classes with great instructors then relax in the hot tub,sauna or heated pool! Made many friends there.
The Health Club and Spa is a great place to work out either individually utilizing the modern and clean equipment, taking a fitness class, or working with a personal trainer. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this gym.
Great spin classes Saturday morning. The equipment is clean and in good working order. The pool and hot tub are great reward after a nice hard workout
Nice staff, killer workout with Rita! Friday's are my favorite!
