The Health Club offers a variety of excellent classes with great, caring instructors. The classes facilitate awesome workouts and camaraderie with other members. I love my workouts!
Love this facility! Cindy was so helpful my first time there! It’s super clean and everyone is so friendly. Some of my favorite classes are with Melissa Ross, Kristin Brown, and Romina Deanes! Has never been too crowded when I’ve been there, which is a huge plus!!!!
Great gym, friendly people and great classes! I participated in the Maintain Don't Gain competition as a non member and you would've thought I had been going there for years. Having 2 Sisters Fresh Creations right there in the lobby is also great!
