The worst by far compared to other places I was seen in November the system was down they called and told me they wanted payment before they updated me in the system last time it took days because the same situation happened it took days to get in touch so I explained to the young lady I had a bad experience with them when the system is down. Did a phone reevaluation in early October my certification says expired I've called was told they would get in touch with the Dr and send me a email saying I am good needless to say that did not happen I've went twice during hours they stated they were open the office was closed. My patience is done with them , they can keep the 125.00 for services that are not documented by them I will get another Dr and do not have to deal with them ever again. Poor customer service. Re-evaluated a month ago, limit was supposed to be raised by 50%. It was not, and any calls I've made I've been blown off and told someone will call me later, and nobody ever does. Regretting my decision to go through them for my certification
