Very rude people. Paid my invoice to have certificate renewed since it was expiring. They never updated it in the system. Went to a dispensary and it expired so I wasn’t allowed to purchase anything. Tried calling multiple times and never had anyone answer. Sent an email and finally had some response but again still no update was made to account. Every single year after I have already paid for my recertification in advance, they “forget” to certify my gram allotment on the day its supposed to be certified. This is the fifth year I am having to call them after not doing their job. And they also NEVER answer the phone consistently. It’s giving incompetent and lazy.

I was really nervous getting into this but the staff and Dr made me feel like l made the right choice.Everyone was very kind and helpful and made the process super easy. You guys are awesome, Thank You!
